These terms apply to nikoff.cc accounts and use of the Motion Library service. Product-specific Indie and Studio license terms are shown separately and control how downloaded animation files may be used.
Your account
- Provide a valid email address and keep account information reasonably accurate.
- Use a unique password and keep login and authenticator details confidential.
- Do not sell, transfer, or share an individual account with an unrelated person or company.
- Notify nikoff promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, automate bulk extraction, overload the service, interfere with other users, publish protected download links, or use the service to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Animation files and licenses
Creating an account or adding a favorite does not itself grant a license. Access to a source animation file requires the applicable subscription, purchase, manual entitlement, or other access shown in the account. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing of source FBX files is not allowed unless the applicable product license expressly says otherwise.
Suspension and security
nikoff may temporarily restrict or block an account when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected credential sharing, automated extraction, abnormal downloading, attacks, fraud, or another material breach of these terms. Access may be restored after review where appropriate.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or require maintenance. Reasonable efforts are made to protect account records and keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, an account notice.
